We offer the same level of service to our tenants as we do for our landlords. A truly personal service where you will always deal with familiar names and faces, offering comfort and security. It is important to us that tenants are made to feel important and ensure that we are always approachable.

We also pride ourselves on being competitive within the market when it comes to fees. Nothing is hidden, our fee structure is considered to be an ‘Umbrella’ fee where everything is covered by the same fee. Therefore including the application and references, tenancy agreements, inventory, check-in, deposit management and eventual check-out. Another blessing is that we are not VAT registered so the figure quoted is the figure you will pay.

Administration Fees - £75 for first/single applicant. £50 thereafter for each additional applicant or guarantor. No VAT to be added to fees. 'Administration' includes all applications including references, inventory fee, agreement fee and check in and eventual check out. No hidden or extra charges. Renewal fee and and re-processing fees may be applicable during tenancy. Please contact us for further details.
